In the last couple of months I've balanced two heating systems where BG have said they need new pumps and power flushing.( robbing twats)  |

Always the rads on the end of the line not getting to temperature, even with a bad plumbed system you can over come a lot with balancing it just takes time and patients.  |

BG plumbers are on a commision based wage, the more they sell themore they earn, a powerflush will cost the customer £600, a pump £150, that will bump their wage up, spending time in a customers house will not earn them anymore, downloadlove

thats the way our trade has gone battle, like in the video about boilers those boiler parts are expensive BG don't care,the parts suppliers don't care and the 'so called engineers' don't care, the customer foots the bill, its quicker for the BG man to just keep changing parts till he gets it right than to spend time thinking about it, smiley-sad056 nay

British Gas are robbing bastards , simple as that....a mate of mine as worked for them for about ten years now and he hates his job
he as to service 10 boilers a day to make his quota or they give him a written warning for under achieving , what a load of bollocks that is , he gets paid £12 a boiler and at the end of the month after stoppages he takes home less than 2k...
To make ends meet he as to do private work at the weekends with his own van and equipment , this is a similar story for all BG installers and service techs , they get shit wages while BG are coining it in with their ludicrous prices , have you noticed how much advertising they are doing at the moment on tv and radio , i wonder how much that lot's costing...?
