Have a days work tomorrow in Oxfordshire- about an hours drive from me
Take out 3 rads & cap pipes (or leave valves on & cap)
Take bathroom out
I think other will be there to help
Owners are away so my mate said we can work freely.
Looking forward to it (mmm.. anxiety is kicking in a bit!!)

Imagine that, getting a builder in to clear a house for 'storage' purposes but really it's a burglary
