I think I'd have a punt & buy these for just over a tenner. Of course with my Hilmor set I don't need them, but you can see the similarities.

J.G for 15-22 cutter don't even bother with the silverline ones or others with the straight edge blade, fucking pony. Might as well slam the pipe in your van door, would probably cut it better than those ones do. I have one of the monument ratchet style cutters, had it a couple years now still cuts good. There's a certain nack to it thought if you think you're gonna just ratchet straight through it from the get go it doesn't work, trick is ratchet until it just flexes the pipe and then rotate it a quarter turn and it will pierce the wall and then ratchet and it will fly through. Works good on the protecta line mains gear as well.

I find an old wood saw is best for cutting solvent weld waste pipe - easier to get a straight cut than by using a hacksaw. Never bothered with proper cutters.
