Friends
The sink overflow is leaking again after a week.
It's a white flexi type plastic pipe. Where it fits under the sink, it pushes on but goes over an o ring. It's not sealing now.
Any thoughts on how I can fix it?
Too tired to speak to her tonight as she's hard work
Night night friends
Off to the land of nod.

Tell her not to fill the bloody sink as full. It'll never leak if she follows that advice.

Did you fit it or were you trying to seal one already there? If already there I'd just replace it, might mean also replacing the waste but not a difficult job. Those plastic flexi tubes from the overflow are rubbish but you tend to get them with everything you buy these days, even the McAlpine one feels cheap. You get one chance to connect them because the plastic stretches to fit on the spigot, after that they're loose. Will something like one of these do the job?

Rocket just fit a new waste a mcalpine (fsw2pc) to be precise! The type with the o ring ALWAYS leak mate I work for a housing association and fit about 10-12 wastes a week very rarely get a problem with mcalpine.
