Anyone found a slotted sink strainer waste with a horizontal overflow part to fit a sink like the one below - it's a Leisure Euroline EL9501? Trying to repair a customers sink where a previous plumber has directed the overflow into a bit of 40mm but it's not trapped and drain smells are coming out.
The waste shown below would be perfect it was a strainer waste.
McAlpine only do them with the flexi from the rectangular overflow coming out sideways rather than directly underneath and there isn't space to fit it - the hose would have to head off pointing away from the sink waste then double back and I doubt the flexi would be long enough anyway.
