Attachment DeletedIm thinking of a way of keeping water in rad when removing it,my plan is open nut slip gafa tape between rad valve and rad tail get washer pressed onto rad tail, stick gafa tape either side nice and tight, then lift off .hate trying to catch water in tubs..gafa tape and washer in pic..

Don't be lazy. small rads I drain out but suck the water with the wet vac as it comes out, big rads you just have to be patient.

I just take my time cause that black sludge on the carpet takes longer to get off than just doing the job slow and steady.

If you can leave the valves on the pipes you can release the pressure via the bleed vents & remove it quickly & turn it upside down, stick your fingers in the tails & get it outside
