regular customer old lady in her 70's and disabled, She just had a new boiler installed, 2 days ago, tonight she noticed water coming from under washing machine, So she phoned the installers who said " its nothing to do with us", so she called me, I went out and its a drain off behind the washing machine on the hot water, So i fixed it, I took it off and used a coupling, the point is, they've installed a combi in what was a low pressure fortic system, the extra pressure has caused the leak and they would't even come out to a disabled person,,,cunts,,, smiley-face-shaking-fist

yea and she's a nice old dear, always pays on completion, and i bet she even bought them a drink each, One of them should have at least gone out to look, It took me 5 mins to fix, and she gladly paid me + a tenner tip for going out tonight, horrible people about today,,,,  |

If the firm had gone I'm sure hey would have still said "it's nothing to do with us" and charged the old dear an hefty call-out fee.
Maybe not even fixing it either.
I can see it a little bit from their point of view as well.
