Had a call yesterday evening, woman wants the tap cartridges changed in her kitchen tap.
Ok, what's the make?
Well, I'm not sure & ive spent ages trying to find & buy the cartridge.
Half an hour later, it's a hyena Emma tap.
5 seconds on google shows it's in Homebase for £28
Tell her to buy a new tap, cheap enough & im not searching for the cartridges.
No, the one that's already there is ok so we want to keep it!!!
Ffs you idiot, why new cartridge then? Oh, we want them changed in case it drips!!
