came out of the blue last night, it woke me up and i could't get back to sleep, I have it in the knees too, so i can't walk or drive, all jobs cancelled, smiley-sad056 nay

could be gout too battle, I can't get to the docs I'll need taking in a sack truck, can't walk can't drive, so I took the photo so they see when i get there, what ever it is its foooking painfull, smiley-sad056 nay

My old fellas hand swells like that and his knee as well..his diagnosis was arthritis..Feel for ya pal...get well soon and thnx for torch, arrived yesterday.
