Hello Tom, have got a steady drip drip from what I think is a faulty diaphragm on the combi boiler. Found your video 'how to change a combi diaphram' on youtube - top video thanks! and reckon I can sort it. Checking part numbers for diaphragm kit, keep coming across potterton part numbers 5111137 and 5111138 and not sure which to order. They're pretty cheap, so may order both in the end..but just wondering if anyone can advise on which I need for the 30HE Combi please. By the way.. love the no bs advice on here. Keep up the good work and hope that arthritis clears up! Cheers okay, so googled a bit more and found both kits shown on www.plumbase.co.uk/main-combi-30he-10000173-3548669/explodedviewsOne named Diaphragm Repair Kit Combi Primary - the 5111138 and the other is Diaphragm Repair Kit Combi DHW - the 5111137 So I am thinking that I need the 5111137 as this is the one that relates to the hw demand microswitch - Am I right? or am I right ?

Not too sure what to do with the little tube of silicone grease, but I'm sure I'll find a use for it smiley-confused002asak2

the silicone grease is for lubrication, there are two plunger rods, one goes through the diaphram and into the back of the diverter valve and the other is the one that pops out of the front and pushes the micro switch, it just makes instalation that bit easier and ensures you don't rip the rubber,

Bits on their way, I'll let you know how it goes The jobs a good'un .. expected to see the old diaphragm with a hole or tear, but it looked okay to be fair.. bit of limescale , but normal for round here. Bottom line is - no drips .. so thanks Tom and plumberboy
