Flush cone leaking or pan connector I'd imagine.

My thoughts are :- Braided flexible hose not tight or split. Or waste coupling connector to soil pipe connector not home.

I thought the waste pipe too. It's not a new install so I guess I need to figure out how to get the bugger out.
Should it pull out if I undo floor screws & cut silicone?

It will indeed but because its a back to wall pan and concealed cictern its lining the flush pipe and pan connector that's the pain in the arse.

This is a very quick job and should come in under a grand, smash it with an hammer, it will then present its self to you and all you have to do then is do a bit of mopping up.

To be honest with the concealed cistern it could be absolutely anything as everything that could be leaking is behind the panel and any water will just run out from under the panel so im afraid its a go and take it apart and have a look job
