Evening all, ive had to Fit new worktops today, but re-use the sinks. One of the sinks had its clip(small round one) but the other one ,double bowl had no clips just silconed down, ive fitted it back how I found it,but unsure if its ok to fit without clips? Any thoughts guys smiley-talk002 3 amigos

As long as it's flat to the worktop and sealed all the way round, I can't see a problem, endfeed. Latest kitchen I've just finished had a single sink with drainer fitted and because there's a dishwasher under the drainer, I only cut out for the actual bowl of the sink and it's been siliconed in place with no clips. Honestly it ain't going nowhere.

Yeah, silicone sucks it to beyond an inch of its life
It'll be a bugger to get off!!
I hear CT10 is very strong
What does everyone use?
A branded name or cheap screwfix stuff?

What does everyone use? A branded name or cheap screwfix stuff? All depends who's buying it Rocket. If the custard is supplying, I recommend the good stuff. If I have to buy it then it's anything on special offer.

I use cheapo, apply to the sink lip, press in place wipe the surplus away and put summut heavy on top, a paving flag is exellent if there's one about, use cardboard over the sink first to protect it, they come out easy if you stanly knife round the sink first,
