I've got to replace a dual flush toilet button
On fleabay they say to fit 38mm
Is that a standard size?
I've got the broken button at home.
Any thoughts?
Thx

Everyone that I've come across is different even the same makes of toilet often have different buttons and I often have to change the whole flush valve fitting what we call a "moorland".
Then the next time it breaks at least I will have a spare button on my van to fit it.
They're not standard or interchangeable Rocky.

this is another new world plumbers problem, custerd things " its only a plastic button probably a tenner topside" but there are many types and sizes, you can spend time seeking out the right one and pay £10, then there's your time to the job and back and it might be right or wrong,
I say on the phone, " sorry luv its just not worth my while, I can change the whole inners for £70" , " ermm ok I'll ask my husband and get back to you",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,long silence,,,,,,,,,,,

I'll look for a button first chaps
I've not got time really now to change it
If it needs it I'll have to, gotta be done by 20/4 along with shower swap. Don't think they want a pump now.
