Never seen one like that before Rocky so I would say it's definitely in the plumbing oddity category.
Those adjustable legs on it to me make it look quite a complexity too.
It does seem to be intact though with the springs still in place.
Still if you have enough time on your hands you might be able to track one down.

Ive not seen that type eather rocky, I try to find name on flush valve then look online, or take it to our regular plumbers merchant we use and 9times out of 10 they source it..

Had some like that when I was maintenance man in the nursing home Rocket. B'stard to fix when they went wrong. Usual thing, they've been in a few years and the plastic deteriorates. Before ya know it the plastic extensions on the bottom of it snap off and won't reach the flush mechanism. I spent many an hour fashioning some bits out of anything to hand (wood, plastic and even metal)
