Got a job coming up to fit a Saniflow xr. It should cope with Shower, toilet and basin. Ive never fitted one so want some advise. Will inch and a half pipe be enough to cope with the three as the pipe travels 20 meters. Also it will be connected to a pan connector with inch and a half conection on it. Cheers.

I checked the manual and now know it will work. The distance is less than 20m its more 13m with no vertical runs. Il post how i got on in a couple of weeks. The custerd has bought the Sanipro xr. I would have fitted cheaper one like you said endfeed but custerd already paid for it. Tomplum Ive been watching your videos about 8 months and like them alot. Lots of useful info and tips on your forum too. They are well down to earth and sound like my days at work. I thought it was just me with some odd and nasty custerds but all you guys have em. Thanks for the quick reply.

Started the job then realised im going to need 4 bends to get the pipe to a good gravity run. It looks like the bends may be too close and the saniflo motor may struggle. What i mean is: One going up from the saniflo about 1m. Second directing it to the right out the wall about 300mm. Third to the left about 1m Forth to the right After the forth bend its plain sailing.
Im using overflow and 45 degree bends.
Can the pipe be done in 22mm speed fit pipe in one run. If so what can be used to connect to to soil stack?
What can i use for a servicing section in the pipe? Thanks

I think you will be ok,,each bend = 2 x 45 degree bends ( 90 degrees) and restricts the hight of pump by 3 feet, Once you've got the pipe up the bends don't count cos the water is in free flow, I would't use pushfit because it does't mention it in the MI's, if you need a point to break in for ease of maintainance use copper and a compression coupling,
good luck mate keep us informed,

Nice one guys. Its given me some ideas how to takle it. Copper seems a good option i might change the overflow pipe to copper. Il decide when im back at the job. Is there any fittings to go from 22mm copper to overflow pipe?

Should be able to get a overflow socket one end and threaded the other, then female coupler, then to compression.never done but that the only way i can think off.

you can use a compression coupling with a 3/4 cone,

Good idea putting that full bore iso and drain off on for future maintenance. Worth taking off the handle though in case it gets fiddled with?
