He's a twat tessa, I found him out a while ago, they would't believe me, you can't trust any plumber today except myself, I'm a true pro and i do exactly what it says on the tin,
BTW, I'm single,white,no baggage,big house, 7 cars,a fleet of vans and many good plumbers work for me,
