I've not seen those either Dcox, they did need a better type of bracket, I hate those chrome rails, they usually have a plastic fitting brackets that are a twat to fix and level up,

I've not seen that fixing but like you've stated, I expect that flat head to rotate 3/4 of a turn on both fixings and it will pull away from the secured wall anchor, as long as the pipe work is disconnected.

Solved it - easy once you know. Turn the screw head 90 degrees then the pin pulls out and releases the bracket.
