Went to my mums last night as she had a fall
Opened her post, she has BG home care, £582 per year!!
Photos then today & they immediately reduced it to £325

Used to work for them, if you dint sell taps,sure stop taps, new bathrooms they wanted to know why!!!! Ceramic taps, silcone seals, and more are not covered in the home care package!! They work ya like a slave as well..right load of shit houses they are....its dyno rod who look after the plumbing and drains for british gas, think bg has bought them.... |

these twats from 24/7 had never seen a gravity system before,,all young kids, there's nowt wrong with kids but they should have a mentor, they give them a van and its go earn money or you're sacked and fuck the customer,, sad 1

You've got to have a mentor to learn,,,when I first started I was always asking questions and I was so keen and still am, we'll never know it all so we have to constantly be willing to learn.I'm always happy to help anyone and always will.  Me and my boss would try all sorts things you won't find in plumbing books, if it worked great if it didn't nothing was lost, he hated rules and regulations and would always say, "Do it until we're told not to and still keep doing it"  |

Something bad happened the day when BG or was it still the GB? Offered their employees a bonus incentive for selling the customer a new boiler. The Plumber I first worked under was stone deaf so I could never ask him any questions I had to work it out myself. Me "Harold what did you do that for"?; Harold "yes"?; Me "repeat question"; Harold "yes"? Me "repeat question"; Harold "yes?"; Me finally to Harold "It doesn't matter"  !
One day we was called to a gas boiler that had made a loud banging noise.
Customer to Harold "It's not going to blow up is it?"
Harold to customer "yes" 
Harold had developed a default mode of saying "yes" to any thing he had not heard! |
