hey up. Thanks to Toms excellent guides i have been doing a fair bit of plumbing around fats hq. I just fitted this 600 x 1000 double panel in the hall. I couldn't run the pipes up the wall as there are two joists side by side, so the hole would have had to be about 6" away from the corner! So instead, i put a small kick on them due to the wall running out and in to the living room. The hole is sleeved with 22mm copper and the rad is supplied with 15mm where it will join the backbone (is that what you call it?) which is 22mm in the ceiling. I have to say i prefer to use end feed instead of soldered ring as i feel i know when the join has been made. what about you experienced guys? I am going to pressurize it all up with a rothenburger before the wall gets boxed up on the other side, just to be sure. Thanks to everyone who has helped me get to this stage radiator

doc says gout, but after several gout treatments ( colchicine ) It has't shifted, So i've got ongoing investigtions into what it is, both hands and feet are inflatted and sore as fuck, So i live in hope, I've also had a course of anti-binonics but as yet no proper relief, but there are signs now of less pain, so hopefully it will blow over,

Sorry to hear that tom. I always thought gout was something that just affected feet. Hope they get to the bottom of it soon. You had blood tests and all that then mate?
