Hi all, looking for your expert advice chaps, mother in law is a bit bad on her feet so it's time to fit a Saniflo under the stairs. i will then run the 22mm Pipework through wall into the stack which is cast. Which is the best drill bit and best boss to use thanks

Yeah I saw that, is there a 22mm boss you can get to accommodate the Pipework rather than drilling a 32mm hole, just thought it may be easier cutting out a smaller hole. could you recommend a good cutter for cast? ta

hi mate, drilling cast is a bitch, I use a bi-metal bit and it will work, but its hard going, To my knowledge there is no 22mm boss available into cast iron but, I have seen others just cut a hole and poke the overflow pipe in and silicone it to the cast, Its not a proper joint but if its outside and only temp till they get over the bad times, hey who's looking, The other concideration is, If it pokes through too long, it will cause a blockage in the main pipe,
good luck with that wiggers,
