I've only known that to happen when the WCs are directly opposite each other and connected with a + junction & fitted horizontally.
So for me, I'll go for it's alright on this one.

It will be ok, you'll be suprized how much shite a 4 inch pipe can shift, if they all flushed at the same time, you might get 'back fill' but how often will that happen ? As long as there is a fall from the last pan to the drain, it will be fine, I've fitted rows of toilets in clubs, pubs, factories and offices and as long as theres a fall, its ok on 4 inch pipe, I've never used anything bigger, there's not point, the drain will only be 4 inch,

Site Portacabin
I've only ever had one job like that to fix and they had put too much fall and it was leaving the solids behind when used in the quiet periods.

If you fitted a WC through the wall at the same level, you may get 'wash back' & the bowl filling up slightly, but with all WCs facing the same way there's never a problem. McAlpine(made in & around Glasga) do a WC connector for this problem.
