We used to have a front door, straight in and out for plumbers and lectricians, They've closed that door off and put another door into the DIY side, So now you have to negotiate 2 doors instead of one, So if both hands are full or its a radiator or big item you're struggling, Plus the table with the books are in the middle of the place so you're dodging round bodies at the table, Then the place has no windows,no incoming sun rays make the place claustrophobic and is not a pleasant place, I told them how I feel and the staff agree, Some arsehole with uni degree's has altered what was a good store for no reason, Probably a screwfix peter type person a paper shuffler with no common sense,

I'm more local branch the diy section is closed due to refit which means everyone uses one side. It's a nightmare & what really gets my goat is people with nothing better to do asking the staff at the counter how to do this or that & going through the catalogue pricing the jobs up. I've walked out twice in 10 days. I emailed them as well. Ridiculous.
Although from my plumbfix paper they sent there was a voucher for a free kneeling mat. I went in for that, decent size & comfy, £5.99 to buy I think.
