Looks OK tom I've had the £50.00 titan for around 3 years with no problems...it's always the batteries that become obsolete and you end up throwing a good drill away.Just shows that the government don't really care about saving the planet or else they would make it a regulation for all batteries to fit all drills!

Just noticed that the battery on the new Titan is different to the battery on mine so it looks like when the batteries finally go the entire drill will end up having to being chucked away!

Don't they sell batts for it separately? How about if the batt dies in the middle of a job? Do you think you can wait half an hour to charge it & go again!!

Be careful buying those knock off batteries tom , it's a bit hit or miss whether you get a good one or a shit one , most of them are shit , regarding that Erbauer drill your thinking of buying , get it they are pretty good for the money , i bought the twin pack with the impact driver about a year ago and i hammer them and they keep on wanting more...... : )

they are spot on, you take the drill back with invoice and they give you a new one, never had any grief before,

I took an Erbauer 4" grinder that i had bought 14 months previous because the trigger was fooked , i asked the guy how long the repair would take , he said a few minutes and went round the back of the shop and came back with a brand new one which included a new 2 year guarantee , you can not fault Screwfix for the service they give , its brilliant.....
