My last job today was changing the float valve on a F&E tank, easy job.....NOT  an old 1750 cottage and the modern tanks must of been put in when it was refurbed and the roof was off, silly fuckers put the tanks with the float valves in right at the far end from the tiny loft hatch. I'm going to move the F&E tank into the top shelf of their airing cupboard so its more accessible for future servicing. |

Make the job easy as possible is my motto because you never know it may be your own self that gets the job to fix it when it goes wrong.
Looks a tight one that PB - only saving grace is the lofts been boarded so it's more comfortable for crawling about on.

You have to watch these tools its not the first time its caused extra work by blowing things apart.  . Christ!! Is that what it’s for? I found that thing in Olive’s knicker drawer, I thought it was a dildo! |
