Here an issue from someone I know in FB
Shower pump under bath, shower mixer tap, turn tap on & pump ok, put tap on full & pump shits off. Pump on hot only.
Any thoughts?

Had that fault with a twin pump before and the mechanical seal within the pump was failing causing too much internal friction and the extra load was forcing the motor thermal protection to activate for my fault - cure new pump.
