I generally find Toolstation cheaper, but some of the stuff is just crap.

Our area Screwfix - better staff and easier parking wins it for me.

Toolstation near me has better parking and they have better stock levels, some of their stuff is shite but that goes for SF too I think. Screwfix are more generous with £10 vouchers and the odd give away like the kneeling mat. Attachment Deleted |

hi. toolstation has a lot of non branded or crap branded items. however the branded items are usually cheaper than screwfix. Also i like the minimum spend of £10 for next day delivery where as i think screwfix make you spend a minimum charge of £50 i think for delivery.

also if you go to screwfix and go for the freebie giveaway (like the kneeling mat) but it is out of stock, ask them for an alternative dewalt glasses which they give for free and always have them in stock

Toolstation have a new outlet in Wigan and i'm using them more, As others have said, they do sell some shite but so do shitfix, their store is more access friendly and screwfix's shop seem to be making theirs more unfriendly even though every plumber that goes there have remarked on the new entrance, they take no notice, they seem to be saying " fuck the plumber" So Tom is saying Fuck you screwfix and using toolstation more,  |

Toolstation have just opened one right near me,so I use them a lot,I find screewfix say alot "got none in stock mate can order it tomorrow"!no fook of I need it now ☹️
