Never done one
Woman tells me it’s non electrical model
Any thoughts? Any issues with them?

Cheers all They are fairly straightforward mate basically you have a inlet and outlet with a bypass between the two in case the softener needs to be removed or repaired. It will have an overflow pipe on it and also a discharge hose like a washing machine has. The cold kitchen tap and any outside taps have to stay on the hard supply. Once installed you need to the water hardness from the cold tap so the machine can be set at the right regeneration process. |

They make me laugh some people, £100  You'll need to collect materials....travel to the job.....survey the task at hand.....you need plumbing knowledge..... A full set of plumbing tools.....SDS drill for overflow pipe....does the water turn off OK ?.....the job once completed has to be 100% OK..... You also need public liability and an allowance towards your sick pay and holiday pay & your tax deductions. |
