I find my idiosyncratic tendency's are brought on by the follow:-
1 X slow payers result in phone failure to silent period
2 X how much at the end of the job when you've already told and agreed the costings, automatically brings on my dumbness issue for further work.
3 X I can get it done cheaper brings on profound deafness with that customer
4 X Cancelling at a moments notice requires consideration, as certain circumstances require understanding, but generally a long wait with an uplift in cost due to recovery of losses is the order of business.
I have many more.
