Copy other rads or 1” above proposed skirting.
Try and price for out-the-wall pipes on refurbs.
Go for a visual look under windows as too low can look silly and always ask homeowner if they want rad to be truly level or to match the pissed window cill 😜

good point that dillalo, i was doing a refurb , all the windows were out of plumb, I fixed the rads out of plum to look good, 6 weeks later he phoned me to say, " hey mate, i've had new windows fitted and all your rads are squoo wiff," some days you're the pigeon and somedays you're the statue Attachment Deleted |
