Hi Tom Happy new year iv just got a phone call from a customer saying that her central heatings making loud noises especially radiator in her bedroom. What could it be and how would you trace the fault? Am thinking a fault TRV or pipe rattle? But how would you test for this They had a new combi boiler installed 6month ago

I think thats a good possibility , go round and turn all the TRV full open, then go round and wind each one down slowly, you'll feel the faulty one and hear it as it fights against the flow of water,
