we watched that before woody, I think that plumber did all he could to stop it, We don't know the actual cause but I'd say a ball o fix blew off, fucking hot water too, nightmare, he stuck with it though,,  |

Demonstrates the pressure of US domestic water supplies - not like our little trickle in UK. Feel bad for the plumber - wonder how many flats below will be suing his scalded ass, as they say in Yankee land.
