Went to a job today for a lady I've done many jobs for the last one being a system conversion, lovely lady always makes tea and feeds you. 
She called to say she had no hot water so they are using the immersion and she is away at her parents but her son can let me in, never meet him until today and what an arrogant little cunt smiley-violent001 hammertime he pretty much just grunted at me when I asked him anything.
I was upstairs in the airing cupboard and he came upstairs with a cup of tea for himself (tosser), then he did more grunting. He then decided he was going to have a shower so I waited a while until he was committed and I turned the hot water off
he came flying out all covered in soap and said there's no hot water brrrrrr, I said I know I've had to turn the system off while I do this repair and if you'd spoken to me I would of told you that.
