When you go in a property & see a whole load of pipes I for one sometimes have to take time to work it out.

Combi is simplest.

How about other gravity, direct, indirect, unvented?

yep the boiler is the give away,

combi = 5 pipes, 2 at 22mm 2 at 15mm 1 gas at 22mm
gravity = 5 pipes, 4 at 22mm and 1 gas pipe at 15mm
sytem or pumped, 2 at 22mm and 1 gas at 15mm

note, the gravity could have 2 at 28mm and 2 at 22mm depending on size,
