He says it's a Gledhill cylinder unvented. It maybe a ‘Sludgebucket’ with a wee F&E tank on top?

Update
Went to view that leaking TRV and found as a few had thought, a small F&E tank in the loft, so no problem for the refilling of the system after the repairs are completed. However, there's more than half of the fitted TVR weeping, so best to do all the valves each side of the radiator was my advice. So asked him to pick which of the four different styles fitted he would like to standardise the system to.
Additionally, he asked me to look at his excessive hot water temperature issue while I was there, so that could be fixed as well - fixed that there and then as he had the cylinder stat set to 90 degrees C. "Strange that you had that so high" I said, between 50 and 60 would be my choice subject to the time of year, his reply "children at play"!
