Yes mate, tried to cut cast with metal blades,not a cat in hells chance! These blades look the dogs bollox s.might give um shot.the utube clip,the guy cuts through it in less than a minute.👍

Its a funny metal is cast iron, some times it saws easy and somtimes its like sawing glass, I don't know whether there are differant grades or its the carbon content that varies, So it will be interesting to find out,
