Yes PB it’s been a requirement here in Scotland for some time. As you can see in the photo it’s sited at the front of the bath, so a quick removal of the panel for an annual service.
I posted the photos up because I thought people would be interested.

Is the flow of dhw restricted ? Went to one recently and the complaint was it took an age to run the bath....was about 5 lpm
is there a minimum ?

Standard Spec for a well known national builder. Timber frame 3 Bedroom houses with a combi, bathroom, kitchen sink & cloakroom.

What size main do they bring in Dick 25mm ? Round here it's 25mm for that size house.

I was in a big house the other day and the basement had 4 unvented cylinders in series and 50mm incoming with accumulators, I much prefer the simple systems as you walk into these places and it takes a while to break the system down ( no fun)
