There's gotta be a reason why they could't get to the stoptap, wonder what the problem was,

Surley he could of reacted batter even in that situation - given it a bit more thinking time as he seemed to have no idea how to tackle that type of problem - he could of hosed it to sink drain or outside rather than thinking he was going to bray the end over to seal it?
I've only ever seen one other group of people show such disregard for a member of the publics home and that's been the fire brigade.
He was behaving more like a person who hasn't been paid for an install job and was getting his own back on the customer.

I got one close to yours but mine was the up stairs council tenant was an alcoholic, he needed money for drink so smashed all the taps off every fitting in the upstairs flat and left the property to go and weigh-them in at the scrapyard - down stairs had bought their flat off the council so you can imagine the situation. I just turned the stop tap off outside which needed a three foot long Teebar to reach the valve and left with my money.

OMG can't believe the carnage they are doing with the lump hammer!! Surely after this video they had to change there name of the company to get any more jobs
My lad once wanted a bath but his tea was ready so unbeknown to us he switched the tap from tap to mixer hose so bath filled up slowly while he eat his tea so it'd be ready when he finished. While we were eating we heard dripping water looked at the celing to see water dripping from it The shower hose had floated twisted and started spraying over the bath edge onto the bathroom floor Needless to say the laminate floor in the bathroom was shagged, and the ceiling and wallpaper downstairs was also shot I won't tell you what I did to him but he walks with a permanent limp nowadays.LOL
