My new pipe slice won’t cut

I’ve used it 4 times & was good

The cutting wheel won’t bite.

I opened it up & another old one & everything looks good & the same.

When you put it on the pipe it just spins but the wheel doesn’t bite in the pipe

Any thoughts?
