If you mean the triangle support for mono taps you just clamp them up under the sink with the horseshoe, some taps come with them in the box.

no, if they wobble its because the sinktop is made out of thin stuff, only changing the sinktop to higher quality Franke or similar,

They do reduce the wobble a fair bit, but as Tom says the thin steel sinks aren't made for big taps, even with the support it will wobble.
