The threaded rod in your second pic is what holds the pan to the frame. one either side. Undo those and the pan should pull forwards and the flushpipe will pull out (if its siliconed you will have to cut through the silicone to allow it to come free. I like to use a thin scraper to cut the silicone holding the pan to the floor/wall, if it is silconed around the flush pipe you will need something smaller like a flat screwdriver
The reason these tend to leak is because the rubber donut that seals it inside the pan has not been installed correctly. Some will be ok if fitted into the toilet first and the pipe pushed in but some need to be fitted to the pipe first and then pushed into the pan. If not the pipe just pushes it further into the pan rather than going inside the donut and sealing.

Slacken the nut where it joins the cistern and pull it out the pan, maybe just pushed in to far. Dry it and a bit of silicone inside then put the connector on the flushpipe first then back into cistern then pan. .

The pan just has 2 long threaded bars going through the frame & into the pan, no nuts holding it on. Is that correct?
So I’ll just get grips & undo these 2 threaded bars?
Thx all

No need to remove pan, at most empty the cistern and slacken flushvalve to get a bit of play.

Thx all The ones i have done have been similar to the way fischer fixings hold a sink on, so have two nuts clamping it to the wall. I have never seen them with the threaded rod fixed to the pan but if they where i would expect to have nuts on the back of the frame to undo rather than the threaded bar turning.

So the threaded bar has no nuts on the back of the frame? Then there must be something on the outside of the pan, is it wall hung?

You`re welcome, hope you get it sorted. Those designers are getting craftier trying to re-invent the wheel.

Sometime there is a fixing in the toilet seat holes. Remove toilet seat and undo fixing and pan should slide off it bars.
