It goes under the top flange if the outlet is deep bevelled and in the bin if shallow, basically a spacer. Attachment Deleted

I used one of these under a kitchen sink the other day so I could install a water softener under the sink, not a bad shallow trap but ideally on a kitchen sink you want a deep full flow trap, needs must sometimes. www.toolstation.com/shop/p87482

these new drawing type instructions are confusing, I bought a new light for the bathroom and it has a drawing to instruct how to wire it, It completely baffled me, I threw it in the bin and did what i always do, fuck about with it till i get it right, Attachment Deleted
