A call out last week, Its a land lord who i work for, I've told him I've finished but,,,Tom its a quick and easy TRV swap, I've sussed which valve it is, I've got the valve here, it just need changing, please tom, please,,,go say yes, oh ok , cash ??, yea I'll give you the cash when you pick up the valve, thanks Tom,
So i swapped the valve, combi boiler upstairs, 10 mins in and out,,£50, ( well he's a mate), Today the tennant says the whole house is banging so bad, the nieghbours are complaining,
so now he's on to me again, Tom please go round and look, aw FFS, I knew this was going to go wrong,
anyrode, the tennants are closing down the trv's cos its getting warmer, and they'v shut down the rad in the hall, which is the 'by pass' rad, simple fix, turn it back on put lockshield caps on and educate them,,,
there's never a quick job, thats he's last job,, prick, smiley-sad056 nay
