My word.I recognize those from our store, they are high quality tools indeed, no use to me of course because I can't even knock a nail in without hurting myself, So well done to Plumberboy for purchasing the tools and good luck to the winners, If i was to guess, Which i'm not going to, I'd say 1kg, I think Tom was bluffing when he tried to lift it with one hand, I don't think he's a limp wristed puff , and i know about puffs, so I think its light in weight

you do have a valid point there Pete, last year i could lift that with my little finger, Since then a bad arthritis attack has left me limp wristed so you're right to point that out,

1st prize......
2nd prize...... I'm keen to win so will have to take a more scientific approach and will be back with my scientific answer

that's a good plan battle, don't forget, you can have a technical approach, a shot in the dark, a wild guess, an educated guess and a mystic Meg cyber orientated thrown pin in a board guess, one of the others has come within a fraction of the target, So getting your mark in early is important ,

I've fed all the data into my brand new silverline computer and the total weight prediction is 12.86kg. So let that be my guess. Computerised weight score = 12.86kg (heh heh, sneaky eh. )

Now Mrs Battle has had a good laugh at me working it out and she says its 5.5 kg - she say "it's the same as her glass Pyrex bowl full of water which she can't pickup with one hand" so as a guest she would like her guess entered if that's acceptable?
Note she used the cooking scales to weigh the bowl of water.
