Could try chopping it back into the plaster board and and push the bath back then tile? Or reboard it and skim it correctly (in line).

How the hell do other trades get away with walls like that? Can you imagine a plumber putting there gear in that far out of line!!poor plumbers has to come into shit like that and sort it for the other trades fook up!lucky the plumber is the king of kings😀😀😀😀😀
