For standard pump valves about £10 a pair, so I'd say that is expensive.

It's only 14 quid for a pair of decent Pegler pump valves from Screwfux. Not sure levers are really necessary on pump valves. Possibility some twat may turn them off. It's not as if you need to turn pump valves on and off regularly anyway. Probably only get used every blue moon when the pump is replaced. At least with the Peglers, you've got a reasonable chance that they will actually turn and won't leak either.

That'll be a quality job, PB.
Depends on the customer - like a lot of things. Normally only fit the Peglers for good, regular customers. Tightwads who screw me down on price get the guaranteed to leak ones for a fiver.
Fitted a Fernox Boiler Buddy for my brother, which is a magnetic filter that fits between 2 pump valves, just like how a pump is mounted. Fitted filter and 2 Pegler valves 10 years ago, and have to turn off the valves once a year to remove the filter for cleaning. 10 years on, and they still work perfectly. Cheapies would have given up the ghost long ago.
