Its everything you can mention, the car springs on my car failed the mot cos they were broke, I took it to a grease monkey and he told me, He's changing an average 4 to 6 springs evey week cos most are made from shit metal, mars bars are smaller and every other chocolate you can name its costing more but gone smaller, copper is thinner,and so are the fittings cos they are hard to get on, chip potions are smaller for health's sake ( wealth's sake more like) , Its the way of the new way of living, the rich get richer, smiley-face-shaking-fist

Agreed, I never used Boss White until earlier this year, never needed to.
Either I'm doing something wrong or fittings are getting shit because I've started using Boss White on every olive now, getting sick of weeps after refilling/turning water back on.
Why does it separate in the tub so quickly by the way? Always a layer of oil on top of it when I take the lid off, even if I only used it the day before.

I ve always used the fernox equivalent of boss white , brilliant stuff, love the smell of it
copper pipe is shit nowadays as is the made in China gate valves...utter crap

I managed to put a hole in a chrome tee by gripping it with my grips.took ages to find it was weeping from the hole in the tee!😵

Same here. I have more luck with Fernox Hawk White. With Boss White, I used to find it set in the tub when I was only half way through. Use to end up throwing half away every time.
