Did some bathtaps other week, if it wasn’t for pbs tip on tap spanner’s ,wouldn’t have been possible!! I’m full stretch ,on tiptoes , on kitchen worktop, with maximum extension pieces on tap spanner which is about a foot and a bit.

Thats what we call a ' rum do' working from another room, , PB's not been on for a while, Its like that in Summer though, kids are off skool, so they want quality time with Mum Dad but Dads up to neck in work and with others away on hols and skool work having to get done in the closed term there's a shortage of plumbers, pressure and stress is abound,

Never seen anything like it. Getting at the taps from the room below. But then again, presuming it's a house, I've never seen a suspended ceiling in a house..

I've seen a few Woodie, mostly in terraced houses where they are 10 feet tall, instead of ripping the old ceiling down, and all the shit it makes, put faults ceiling in and its instantly more modern, cosy and cheaper to wallpaper,

Yes, suppose it makes a cheap cover up Tom. Would always think I was living in an office though.
