I start undoing it, water pissing out.

All of a sudden the full amount appears

Absolutely stinking flat, clothes smell & I was only there an hour or less

Yep, I was annoyed but I did smile when water sprayed out as I got wet as well as the bathroom

I didn't wipe it up

Got paid & left the would be swindlers to it!!

I tried fitted a side entry fluidmaster but no space so resorted to a £6 shitty plastic thing!
