I’ve got to change a stop cock on Monday
Pic I posted before.
I reckon there’s no play in pipes & I’ll need to cut about then add pipe when all done.
So, the question is, is this acceptable as there’s no choice?
And, do you think slip couplers compression or solder?

I've just looked again at the photo rocky, there will be enough movement in the plastic to allow a change over

It always amazes me how far I can push the pipework with a wood quality wooden wedge and a bit Vaseline - looking forward to the photos Rocky.

Rocky loads of times I push items out of my way with a wooden wedge - tie- wraps as well but sometimes there's not a strong enough point to fix too. Basically it's like having another set of hands in there helping you!
