Are you talking about plumbing? Rocky loads of times I push items out of my way with a wooden wedge - tie- wraps as well but sometimes there's not a strong enough point to fix too. Basically it's like having another set of hands in there helping you! I don’t mind undoing pipes now I’m more confident I’ll see what’s needed Cheers

Looks like a soldered fitting on the top of that stop tap (like a 62), that's a little bit odd?
The plumber might even have accidentally soldered that top nut to the pipe during installation?

Spot on there, it’s soldered! Customer tried to do it himself It’s leaking from the gland, I’ve packed it & stoped the leak. Advised customer it needs swapping. It’s a 25mm -15m. Cheers all

As mentioned, I'd be looking at replacing the gubbins if it's a bugger to get out. Looks modern enough so half a chance the actual valve will be a straight swap with a new one.
